How to order

Here is a summary on how to order from Ainankoi shop. The full terms and conditions can be found below. 

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of ordering
  • Shipping to Finland is free on all orders
  • Shipping to EU countries is 8,00 € and takes 3-6 working days
  • Shipping to everywhere else is 19,00 € and the delivery time depends on the destination country

Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are to give information about Ainankoi and the legal terms and conditions on which Ainankoi sells any of the products displayed on Ainankoi’s online store to the customer. Please read these terms carefully before ordering.

These terms will apply to any contract between Ainankoi and the customer for the sale of products.

Prices or these terms may be amended by us at any time without prior notification.

Products

Ainankoi designs and creates sterling silver (Ag 925) jewelry. If a jewelry includes parts not made of silver, such as leather cord, it is clearly stated in the product information.

Product pictures displayed on Ainankoi’s online store are examples of the product the buyer will receive. There can be small variations within the same type of jewelry.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros. Prices include the VAT. Prices do not include the cost of shipping for international orders. 

Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking code, which you will receive when we have dispatched the order.

Shipping is free for orders in Finland.

International shipping costs are as follows:

  • EU countries: 8,00 €
  • Non-EU countries: 19,00 €

Delivery time is subject to order destination.  Average delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • Finland: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-6 days
  • Everywhere else: depends of the destination country

Payment

Payment methods: Paypal, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), Finnish online banking (Danske Bank, Nordea, OP, S-Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, Ålandsbanken), MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Finnish online banking, MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, and Masterpass payments use Visma Pay  (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4, helpdesk@vismapay.com, 09 315 42 037 (workdays 9-17), Laserkatu 6, 53850 Lappeenranta, Finland) as the payment facilitator. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted at the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment recipient. The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Paying is safe as all information is transmitted through secure connections so that no unauthorized parties can see the transaction data.

Changes in the order

If you wish to make changes in the order or cancel the order, contact aina@ainankoi.fi as soon as possible.

Bespoke orders or orders including any personalization cannot be cancelled.

Ainankoi reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the buyer.

Returns

If you wish to return the item you have ordered, please contact us at aina@ainankoi.fi before sending the item back. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item providing that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return costs are paid by the buyer unless the item(s) in the order are faulty or damaged.
