Ainankoi collects the following information to its customer register: first and last name, email address, postal address, telephone number, order details and order delivery details. For business customers the name of the business and business ID are also collected. This information is needed for processing orders and returns, delivering products and for archiving and compiling statistics. By placing an order the customer gives consent to collect this information.

Information is stored as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the customer register. Some information may be stored longer, for example for accounting purposes. No information is sold or traded to third parties. Only the information that is needed to perform services such as payment or delivering orders may be shared with trusted third parties. Customer information is not used for marketing purposes. In case of infrigment of the law information may be shared to the authorities.
